The Challenger has air suspension as well as four-bar linkage suspension. The air suspension fork design system is made of premium aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy. The four-bar linkage suspension takes the shape of a four-sided polygon from its parts: the chain stay, seat stay, rocker, and seat tube. Together these parts absorb rear-upward forces and vibrations making the bike stable and easy to control.

Tesgo Challenger ebike

I received the bike a week after I ordered it, easy to put together except that the accessories box was missing. No instructions, no tools and no pedals. I contacted the support by email and they sent me a copy of the bike instructions-operation the next day. They also said they sent me a new set of pedals from China. I have not received them yet 3 weeks after the purchase and I went to a local store to buy a new set of pedals. The bike itself looks good and run very well, I did 20 miles with it so far with no issues. Overall, I am happy with my purchase at $1450

Love the bike

I enjoy riding this bike since it takes me to and from work. I also appreciate that the battery can be removed and charged indoors. The bike?was easy to assemble. Good battery life is available. I've traveled roughly 40 miles on the bike on a single charge, and this was still going. I combined using the pedal and the throttle. ?Effortless suspension and brakes. I'm quite happy with my buy all around.

King of the hills

Although Tesgo challenger is a totally new to me, I still wanna try this beautiful electric bike. This huge wheels electric bike piques my interest. Particularly for a novice rider, this e-bike is simple to put together. There are numerous visible and understandable labels throughout the straightforward and plain instruction. For instance, the pedal's label can provide explicit instructions on how to attach the pedal. You know, if the pedal is not put correctly, it could cause damage.

I commute to NYC every day it takes 1hr each ride for one way. NYC has a lot of bumps. This bike is much better than I had before (e-bike and e-scooters)

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Tesgo are estimated.

Should I completely drain the battery before charing？

No. On many batteries this is preferred, however our batteries are all high-tech batteries and have built-in mechanisms that protect the battery from overcharging.
