Great Bike!

This is a very cool ebike. I weigh about 240 lbs. and gett up very steep and long hills with very little effort. It has plenty of torque and speed for the areas that I ride in. There are a lot of steeps hills, and I'm a big guy.

It is a well made bike and has a lot of torque.

I think Tesgo bikes are one of the best 1000w/95nm torque bikes you can buy for the price point. It has a lot of features and has great power for climbing hills even at my weight at 300lbs. It has a very heavy frame and the 17.5ah battery allows for long trips. I would give the bike a 5 star rating but I had pedal strikes when trying to ride on trails, hills, and even turning too sharp. The bike pedals had less than 2 inches of ground clearance while riding. The Tesgo engineers said the bike was built as designed after looking at my pictures and nothing could be done. I will admit being 300lbs may had something to do with it but max. weight on the bike is 330. The seller did allow me to return the bike for a full refund so I am satisfied. I test rode the Tesgo STT model which does not have the rear suspension and had no pedal strike problems and it is even built sturdier with a max weight at 360lbs so I am getting that model.

I was really impressed with this bike, it is really built well. The bike was everything that they described.

When will my ebike ship?

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Tesgo are estimated.

Should I completely drain the battery before charing？

No. On many batteries this is preferred, however our batteries are all high-tech batteries and have built-in mechanisms that protect the battery from overcharging.
