Great bike

All in all I have been very happy with mine, I have ridden it about 200 mi so far---I have had no issues at all.
If I had to be nitpicky, I would say that the key placement gets to be a pain in the butt after a while but I can readily see that there really isn't any other place to put it.
It is a very well built bike, and I took it out of the box and rode it and didn't have to adjust anything.

Not worth the investment

Our technical team analyzed the measured battery voltage based on the data you provided and there is no problem. The whole set of battery has 52 cells, the cells are in a set of 4 strings, each string has 13 cells, the value of each cell is in a band value. In addition, since the batteries of your two bikes have been used for almost a year, the batteries are used frequently and the total mileage is large, the batteries will have some degradation.

That's is very disheartening to hear. We would not have invested in e-bikes if we would've known that riding only 5 months out of the year(260 miles) would be considered excessive milage. This still doesn't explain the display shutting down at 2.5-3 bars and leaving us stranded to peddle home.
We not only purchased 2 bikes, but our daughter and son-in-law purchased 2 as well. I guess I will do an updated review to reflect our experience with the batteries and the shortened rides we are now forced to take. In addition, also inform others they can expect to replace batteries every couple of years at the cost of $530-600.

I absolutely love this Ebike it has power, speed and comfort it's a great way to tour around parks and forest preserves and bike paths I love it I love it I love it

Battery died, won't honor warranty.

Bought the hummer pro back in May 2022. Used the bike as a food delivery driver in July and it was good for about 4 months until the battery stopped holding a charge. Talked with support and showed them videos of measuring the voltage with a multimeter and following their instructions on how to measure it correctly. It's been about 4 months and no news on replacing or even selling another battery at a discount. The bike has been in storage since then I don't feel confident enough to invest in another battery if the warranty won't be honored. Very disappointed.
