Awesome bike fun to ride easy to assemble best product packaging i have ever seen !!!

Light and powerful

Came very well package and easy to assemble. There is a small silver button below the battery that must be pushed. This bike really takes off in the higher assist modes which makes it exciting to ride brakes are good and it's comfortable to ride I run 10 psi in the tires with 14 oz of flat out just in case. Just wish it ha torque assist to smothe out the great power in level 4 and

Good but not perfect

This ebike is really awesome the speed is very accurate I weigh 200 pounds and it gets me going 30-32 mph and the build of this bike is very nice but would be more better with rear suspension and the range is okay the first battery bar last about 10 to 13 miles and then the second only last about 2 miles not sure why it’s like that and lastly these tires on this bike get flats easy the first day I got the bikes and took them out I got a flat front and back so I recommend buying something to protect the inner tube besides that great bike

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2 to 7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Tesgo are estimated.

Should I completely drain the battery before charing？

No. On many batteries this is preferred, however our batteries are all high-tech batteries and have built-in mechanisms that protect the battery from overcharging.
