My Comet-f is the most AWESOME bike I have ever owned. Being almost seventy it has opened the world of biking back to me again. I LOVE it.

GREAT IPX 6 WATER-RESISTANCE

Why TesGO / TESWAY doesn't push their water-resistance, second only to Velotric, is beyond me. The website is dazzling B.S. that makes it hard to compare specs. I get scraps of specs and a "Buy Now" push. I get a tutorial on different e-bike styles in general and no comprehensive, easy to navigate model comparisons. Trailer is pictured but not under "Accessories." Suspension demonstrated on a moving graphic of a (curved) frame no longer made, went straight. Somebody phoned that website in. Is the boss on permanent vay-cay? And a step-thru frame is not a "girl's bike." Wrecked knees doing lunge reps? Anybody might need a step-thru frame. Level up, TesGo / TESWAY and beware! Promote the TesGO name as there is a "Tenway" ebike out there. Just mystifying why this otherwise savvy company has such clunky communications. Pick one name: TesGO. Make one scroll-down page with the specs of all models. Don't talk down to clients splainin' e-bikes. And get more models to that thrasher online, Swanky Cat, who went down a wet, icy, snowy logging road with one fat tire commuter model and did great. But no mention of the super IPX 6 water-resistance rating. Why such a secret? Most of the TesGO web presence is how to assemble AFTER purchase. Hello?!? I don't need dizzying pop-out bubble graphics or a scroll left-right--that gets stuck--to compare models, I need specs. Survey what comes up on YouTube when you put in "TESWAY." Almost nothing. But Swanky Cat is there. Good for you. But otherwise very hit-and-miss. Been to your website lately or checked your web presence? Me personally I think that a high IPX water-resistant rating is Job #1 as far as not frying the electronics and getting stranded. Tell us about it like you mean it. +
